I think so. it is all very stressful all the waiting and not knowing is driving me mad. I have two small children so living out of boxes is very difficult.
I had set up everything for my move, mail redirect, new insurance etc.
Any idea how long I will be in limbo for because obviously I will need to sort mail etc
The reason for you not having concluded missives is...just your buyer hadn't sorted out their financing of their purchase? Or was anything else outstanding? In any event, why did everything think it was happening on Thursday? Is there any urgency about it, other than the fact you've already packed?
We don't know how long it will take to sort out, but the fact your buyer seems to have gone to ground isn't reassuring.0 -

How are the builders being about it?
I'm worried I may end up in the same situation. Accepted offer on mine at the end of Feb, still not concluded missives on my sale or purchase of new build. My new build is due to be ready in just under 3 weeks.
My seller completed the sale of his house yesterday so I'm hoping mine will start moving along next week.
Good luck shazamaca, hopefully it'll work itself out early next week.0 -
You don't exchange missives, you conclude them.0

What is your date of entry/when are you hoping to move in? Or were you supposed to sign missives and get keys on Thursday there?0
