  • This story almost makes me glad that they are still 'considering my application' 6 weeks later! Website hardly ever up, helpline hardly ever answers and when I do get through staff say it could be months before my application is looked at. At least I won't be getting fined or p***ing my childminder off.
  • The system seems to be working now, it hasn't crashed on me over the past week or so. At some point it was unavailable for ~ 1 day due to scheduled maintenance and after that it seemed to work fine.
