Travel Insurance recommendations

HI there,
We are going to the Netherlands for our holiday in July. We wondered whether anyone recommend where to get travel insurance. We have "conditions" on our medical history:
Me
I take Simvastatin for mised dyslipidaemia and so my cholesterol is very much under control and I take pain killersfor muscle pain believed to be a side effect of the Simvastatin.
I was also diagnosed with Type II diabetes but I have reversed that through diet and do not take any medication for it. My surgery suggested that I did not need to have any check ups for the conditions any longer but I insisted on continuing to have it monitored so visit the Diabetes Nurse every 6 months.
Wife:
Wife diagnosed with hypothyroid so take thyroxine and iron tablets for anaemia.
Presently we can have Nationwide travel insurance for ourselves
(i) free of charge (without declaration of medical conditions as I believe we do not have to and any consequences of our conditions would be very unlikely;
(ii) +£40 to include our two kids;
(iii) inclusion of our medical conditions add £187.
On Money Supermarket we have found that wecan have family cover and with our "medical conditions" for something in the region of £40+.
I wondered what others would do, or indeed do themselves?
Any recommendations and advice is welcomed.
