BT Call Protect Problems

I set up BT Call Protect on my landline a few weeks ago & set it up to block international calls & unrecognised numbers.
Quite simple to do you just either Stop or Allow these types of calls.
The last couple of days I have had one international call come through on my phone & today I have had one unrecognised number come through.
BT themselves don't know why this happening.
Anybody have any ideas what the problem could be ??

Has it unset itself - perhaps after a power failure ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
