Have you definately included the number at the end of the serial which is in a box? That was my trouble when I couldnt get it to work at first

For some reason, it won't accept my wii serial though it is the correct number, saying it may have been used. I don't think so, we bought it new:eek: :eek: :eek: wonder what is wrong?

it could only be the problem with the website itself so worth giving them a call to clarify !

Yes thats right. You MUST include the number in from the box or it wont work. Just add it after the last number.
