Hi mine is on the side of the WII on a sticker under a long bar code. It starts with letters LEH and ends with a number in a small box. All letters and numbers are needed to order.

I have just found this on the nintendo website:
Free wii remote silicone cover,durable,longlasting and stops it getting broken if bounced of the ground!
it comes as standard with a wii bought right now but they are giving them out to people who already own one say from last xmas ect,and for additional remotes bought as extras that dont come with them,you can claim upto 4 covers but may be asked to prove you actually own the remotes...:rolleyes:
I have ordered mine and it seems sucessful-you just have to fill in your details and serial number of your wii and thats it,it will arrive in the post :T

Go to nintendo.co.uk click on customer service,then safety information,then wii remote jacket info ( sorry i dont know how to make this a link )
and thats it.
