Mines also said this, I had to email them through the contact us part on the website, just explained that I had tried to order the extra jackets that I had been enformed that I was entitled to but when I entered the seriel number it was showing as not valid.
I gave them the seriel number and told them when and where it was bought from and my details. They were reallt slow in getting back to me, but when they did they jusr asked how many I wanted then they arrived about a month later.

Thanks. Tried to be greedy and go for 4 but it then told me the maximum is 3 and had to put in all my details again.

done mine today... yeh i couldnt add the details as i did four also, took me to a page stating i have ordered more than 3...

so what i did was use firefox and i was able to order it... this time i only selected 3...

Got a message can take upto 6 weeks.... Thanks for the post....

Hey, mine came through the other week, took just over a month i believe.
Now have 4 cases, but still no Wii remote Well i have given 2 away to friends with Wii's now to sell the rest on ebay, yeyyy

I contacted Nintendo about my situation and they've offered to send out some more! Now that's good service

We got a wii yesterday and luckily i remembered seeing this thread, link just done and message stated our jackets will be with us within 6 weeks :T
