1. The Shade Station City Break to Barcelona competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over who hold a valid passport. ID will be required from both parties.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Shade Station, family members or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.

3. Shade Station hold the rights to withdraw or change the prize at anytime.

4. Shade Station will not be held responsible for any missed flights or your own wellbeing.

5. Flights from UK airports only, choice of airport will be subject to price, flight times and availability.

6. It is the winner's responsibility to organise their own transport to and from their local airport

7. Prize draw closes at 12pm (GMT) 14th July 2017, all entrants after then will not be valid.

8. Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
