Interest period for May was 30 days because Monday 1st May was a bank holiday. Interest on £1500 for this month (May) should be £3.65.
This - interest periods run from the second working day of one month to the first working day of the following month, so vary in duration and don't correspond to calendar months. Hence the interest at the beginning of April being 33 days worth (£4.01) and so on....

OP, perhaps edit the title of the thread, as the interest has been calculated and paid correctly?

So you use mirrored SO's to achieve the minimum pay-in? In which case, what day of the month do you do these?
Full amount every Monday unless bank holiday then Tuesday

The TSB computer is the Lloyd's computer and Lloyd's with fluctuating balances was spot on.
  • You do get interest on Bank Holidays, and you pay it is you owe them

No need for any choking, we all have the odd 'moment' now and again :)
