The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided. 8. The winning entrant will win a two night short break for two adults and two children at the De Verve Hotel, Nottingham. The prize package comprises:

• Two nights 4-star accommodation for two adults and two children based on two people sharing a twin or double room;
• Breakfast each morning in the hotel’s restaurant;
• A Go Ape tree-top adventure for two adults and two children at Sherwood, Nottinghamshire, including:

- High ropes obstacles;
- Crossings;
- Tunnels;
- Zip wires;
- Tarzan swings;

• A petrol allowance to cover up to 250 miles; and
• £100 spending money.

NB Go Ape lasts approximately three hours and is subject to availability. The following conditions apply:

• Children must be 17 years and below at the time of adventure.
• Minimum age for Tree top adventure is 10 years. Minimum height 1.4 meters/4ft 7 inches. Maximum weight 130kg/20.5 stone.
• Junior tree top is for all ages. Minimum height is 1 meter/3ft 3 inches. Maximum weight is 130kg/20.5 stone.
• Wear closed toe flat shoes, bring gloves, change for parking and suitable clothing for harnesses and wet weather.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tree tops adventure will take place at Sherwood, Nottinghamshire.
• The staff at Go Ape are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to use of the course. We advise you to visit the course prior to booking to undertake your own risk assessment.

9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel, transfers, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
11. The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified and does not include, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter and bank holidays.
12. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Fox Searchlight Pictures and the Promoter.
14. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
15. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
16. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of NDL Group.
17. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
