a) You got lucky
b) The lenders wondering why you want out so soon...
c) Appeal what? It's not your finances...
In short, No.0 -
We dont want out so soon. We got very unlucky. It is our finances. We were given a mortgage on it. That is our finances0

Old Hat looking at your previous posts you had exactly the same problem last October in a flat you had lived in for 8 years that buyers couldn't get a mortgage on your property and you had a cash buyer pull out in the advice of their solicitor owing to lease concerns.
What sort of properties are you buying to keep coming up against the same problems ?0 -

Suspect it's the same problem(s) as it's the same property - the OP is just posting again because they didn't get the answer they wanted to hear the last time around.0 -

Not being stupid. Samtander leant to us to buy it / then to extend the lease. Seems they were only ever prepared to lend to us and no one else!0
