Good afternoon all the great people who offer help and post to this part of MSE.
I came here about 2 hours ago because my DW was a bit naughty and put herself in a position to be issued a PCN by Athena ANPR Ltd.
I must say the information available is brilliant! :T
I have done lots of reading as advised. Because of this it was super easy to put in an appeal for my DW as she is at work. Copied and pasted the template provided on the NEWBIES Sticky using the companies website to appeal through.
Confirmation of appeal has been received advising decision within 28 days.
I will update as and when I have new information.

Just to add, also send a compliant email to Mr Haertnagel, the Lidl CEO. Search the forum for 'Haertnagel email'.
Lidl will cancel it if you write to their CEO. Athena won't unless Lidl tell them to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
