Open to men and women aged 16 and over
The age group categories are: 16-24; 25-34; 35-45; 45-59; 60+
You must be a resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man
You must be a current glasses wearer
You must be willing to take part in all competition publicity, including a regional photocall in July/August
You must be able to attend the London awards on 10 October 2017
All entries must be completed by midnight on 2 July 2017
