The rack you are talking about hangs the bike from the frame, yes? Have you considered the type that has a channel that the wheels fit into? The frame size/shape is then pretty much irrelevant. I have a Wisper ebike with a weird swoopy slanting crossbar which wouldn't fit on any 'hanging' type rack, but it sits on my Thule channel-type rack easily. The rack fastens onto the towball. It's a very simple, secure system, although the rack cost a bit more than the hanging type.
