I'm not getting the option to enter any promotional code at all. Not even by clicking through the offer for free delivery they sent to me in an email! I've cleared my cookies and still it doesn't appear...

I seem to have found a solution, I tried using Internet Explorer instead of my usual Mozilla Firefox and the box is showing. So it looks like the browser is the problem...0
