    Just found that on the Next website under their terms and conditions by the way....



    Anyway.... I was all set to go and sign up for a Next account, until I saw that they charge for delivery, AND on some returns, AND charge for you paying by credit card, AND a cancellation of order charge on larger items, AND they charge for returns by Courier AND you pay for the catalogue in the first place!!! I thought BUST THAT!!......i'm sticking with Littlewoods!!

    Since when do they charge for returns by courier? it's not happened to me in my 10 years with them...
    Their customer service is poor though, not a month goes by without me having to call about mistakes on my statement.
