Scam??

I have an advert for an item for sale in loot, couldn't shift it off ebay! I have just received this email and I'd like your thoughts, first instinct is scam and to ignore! He's asking for the final asking price too which is already stated in my ad!

"Hello, I'm so delighted to keep you aware that i
have found your {advert} and am very interested in
Purchasing. Please update me if it still very much
available for sale and get back to me with your
final asking price for it also if you have some
pictures you can send it to me right away.you can
also ring me on my line which is 070xxxxxxx"

Even without the 070 thing, you could probably guess it was a scam, like you said, questions asked about something already blatantly answered and also the tone of the message looks too general.
Looks like a typical generic copy and paste.
