Refund Vanquis Credit Card "Credit"?

I have a Vanquis credit card which I used to buy a phone. I cleared the balance of the credit card as normal, but decided to send the phone back as it wasn't for me. I've now been refunded by the company and I am £400 in credit.
Just wanted to know if it is possible to have this refunded to me, either as a cheque or perhaps withdrawing the sum as cash? I imagine I'd be charged 3% of the sum (£12) which I'm fine with, as long as I'm not charged any interest.
Reason I'd rather have the sum in another bank account is that
1: I can't send money to someone if need be.
2: I'd rather this sum be in my Natwest account with contactless facilities
3: I've come across a couple of places that won't let me credit accounts from a debit card (Such as Revolut)

For those wondering, I did get my money back from Natwest and was given Silver account free for a year.
