PCN for Berry Head, Brixham

Hi guys, I received a PCN following a recent holiday we took in Torquay claiming that the reason was Parking Session Expired or Unpaid for the Berry Head carpark Following the advice in the NEWBIES thread at the posts from others I filled out my appeal to Premier Park online using the template provided challenging the PCN.…
