I'm hoping someone can help me here! I'll try and keep it brief. I had almost maxed out my card, and in January decided to take some money from my savings and pay it off in full. As a result, my card was blocked, my mobile app was blocked and whenever I tried calling I'd get cut off after entering my details. Finally spoke to someone who told me I had to send in proof that I had made the payment. So I did, in the meantime I had statement through saying I owed X amount. I tried calling but was still getting cut off, not that I was going to pay them until I knew where my £2800 had gone. I then got a letter to say I had missed a payment etc, it also showed on my noddles report, I got i finally got in contact with aqua and was told they'd correct it with noddle as it wasn't my fault. I've had two reports from middle since and it's still on there as a missed payment!! Any ideas where to go from here? Cheers.
