I am currently on the receiving end of them as they are my purchasers solicitors. I have NEVER had such a prolonged and difficult conveyancing process. It is still currently ongoing, after 4 months we have still not exchanged contracts! They make everything ridiculously difficult, do nothing for weeks on end and make the most ridiculous enquiries. They have today insisted that I provide a statutory declaration of use for a residential property, their reasoning is that is have owned it for 7 years!
Do not use them in my opinion
