    Standard practice in call centres - but surely you have to be on drugs to get through the day there!

    Don;t worry too much about it, even if he is using... at a recreational level, many people in call centres said they were and they remained working there after drugs tests.

    Get your son to check his contract and maybe call FRANK - they may have some more advice regarding this.


    You can agree to sign away your legal rights but it's not valid under our laws -you still have them, if he uses his rights and is sacked it's claim time and the company he works for are probably well aware of it - hence the fact they never have.
