Thames Water Direct Debit

I have a direct debit with Thames Water which debits me in full every time they send me a bill. The problem is that Thames Water only bills me once every half a year and now on my credit report it is saying I am seriously in arrears with my payment (because they assume I have a monthly direct debit I guess). It is affecting my credit score.

Is there anything I could do to fix this?

    Speak to Thames Water and also raise a query with the reporting agency. The agency will not do anything without permission of the reporting organisation.
