Help, car insurance problem

Help!!
I drove a minibus for work and it someone attempted to break into it resulting in the organisation putting in a claim for repair if the damage.
My car insurance is now due for renewal and although I didn't declare this as a recent claim (because it wasn't mine), this claim is coming up against me and insurance on my car will go up by £192. I am also as named driver on my daughters car and it has shown up on her insurance with an increase of £180.
I have spoken to The insurers of the minibus twice now and they say they will take my name off the claim, but haven't.
What can I do to clear my name from this claim?
