Can I be a late joiner?

By 13.09.17 I'd like to have paid off £780.

    It's a bit ambitious but I know I can do it :D

Another 50 pounds off for me. 370/1400. Horrified that I need to clear 500 pounds on my spendy cc this month before I can get stuck into this, not a big shopping spree mainly car expense last month. Oh well no point moaning.

    Onwards and upwards ;-)

    Evening All...

So - my target this challenge was as follows:

Target: By 13/09/17 I will aim to repay £2000.00
    • Phase 1: Repay Deposit (at 0%): £2000.00
    • Phase 2: Save £500 - £1000 every '1 debt vs 100 days' Challenge. I will set goal nearer the time depending on budget.
Things didn't go quite as planned. When I attempted to move my £2000 on to my new 0% interest card - it wouldn't let me. Apparently cards owned by 'Newday' which my Amazon Card is aren't transferable! What a git. Suddenly I was faced with interest charges I hadn't counted on. Best laid plans... right?

Fate has been kind - just when I needed it most. My family out the blue - decided to gift me and my siblings with some money. Together with money I had saved in an EF I have been able to clear it TOTALLY!!!

So - I am now progressing on to Phase 2:

Amara - My new challenge for the remainder of this is to save £500.00. Could you amend my goal as £2000 - completed. Additional £500 target added - Thank you!

Keep up the good work everyone :)

Sorry I've been mia for a few weeks / months!

So since my last post I've received some old ppi so I've cleared my studio account (highest interest), as well as my Argos bill. This challenge I've paid £400 / £2000 as this has 0% interest :T but needs paying by 5th September!

Glad to see everyone doing so well!
