Breaking up & moving forward

I finally feel free from what has been a nightmare for about 3 months...

Long distance & with someone who was probably bipolar

Sending ex boyfriends messages to advice how evil I am but At the same time sitting in front of me saying they're really struggling to move on. Constantly asking how me if I'm out on dates (I work a tonne of over time to keep me busy) & just mentally abusing me daily

I feel like I have finally broken free and got out of the box I feel I have been kept in

Just came on here to vent really and also encourage other people that if the same is happening to you run for the hills....it's time to put yourself first...I booked a holiday and intend to get lots of things in the diary to keep me occupied am day help me move forward

The whole 'relationship' lasted three months long distance? And you were that involved? Seriously? Next time slam the brakes on.

  • Great for you dear... Any type of abuse is a no no and when you're able to detach from the source and stop it, it's a victory so congrats

Are they still out of the area? Cut them from your life. Report them to the police for harassment if you have to.

You cannot change someone else's actions but you can change your own. They can only be moaning to you or asking you questions if you are allowing that contact.
