If/When to Switch Agent

OIEO £190k is more than any property in that development has ever sold for - flat 24 went for £190k in July 2015, but there must be something about that one, as flat 21 went for £140k in August of that year. Since then, the only place to have sold (according to Rightmove's sold prices) is flat 2 at £145k. Why do you think yours is worth £45k more than flat 2?
The problem is the price, not the estate agent. I don't know what feedback you've had from the 13 viewings you've had thus far, but think you probably need to shave £20k off the price if you want to shift it any time soon. I appreciate this isn't the answer you're looking for.0 -
