Is it that simple. Would it not need an IVA since its not had an MOT for along time.0 -

IVA is for registering something that isn't already registered.
It doesn't matter if the last MOT was a week ago or three decades ago - the test is the same, and the condition it needs to be in to pass is the same.0 -
That makes sense. Thanks for the help0

Unimog's an HGV for "normal"use though I think. Means the OP would need an HGV licence.
Here it is

I wondered that. Landy or Unimog I'd have thought.

Not necessarily, could be <7.5T MGVW and registered as PHGV as my motorhome is. OP wouldn't need any additional licence if they'd passed their test prior to 1997.0 -
Its a Polarise Side by Side / SxS / Sit Astride. whatever they call them. I believe classed as a 'heavy quadracycle' 645kg ULW 100bhp.
I think that fits into the L7e category;
T Tractor - farm quads & UTVs
T2b Heavyweight SBS E.g. Mule 4010, Ranger Diesel
With the closest axle to the driver having a minimum track width of not less than 1 150 mm
with an unladen mass, in running order, of more than 600 kg0 -
Just to resurrect this. I managed to change from agri to plg via the post office with no issues and got the amended v5 back through the post. I have a further question however.
On the v5. The 'd.5 body type' is agri machine and the 'k. Type approval number' Is exempt. I presume because it's agri it's doesn't need. Certificate of conformity. Would this pose a problem? My understanding is that only certain vehicles fall into the exemption.
I just don't want to drive it, get pulled over and fined, given points or worse.0 -
I really wouldn't worry. You have a V5C and a registration.0
