Normally if people want referrals they will ask for them. If someone messages me (which they have in the past) with some kind of referral offer I delete it!0

its advise to the question that was asked and trying to SAVE the person some money. Have you forgot the point of this site?
It may not be strictly-speaking spam, but posting your own referrals outside the referrals board are not allowed. It's been reported and will, probably, get deleted.

The problem I have with Ethereum is the name - it has too many connotations of stability and security. I think they should have called it Intangibucks, Impermacents or LoseYerDosh.0

Doesn't signify stability to me, quite the opposite actually.
The name makes me think of ether - both in the sense of a rapidly evaporating (and so easily lost) liquid and in the sense of widely dispersed intangible atmosphere - as in 'lost in the ether'.
Not at all stable or secure in either definition.0 -

Ethereum just flashed crashed to $13 then back up to where it was $300's
somebody had a buy order in at the bottom, these things are just as manipulated as everything else......0
