You can also call 0800 917 2018 or 1800 25 29 25 in Eire
To check your model serial number (taken from the Beko website FAQs):
Identifying your product’s model and serial number is straightforward. A sticker (rating plate) is located at the bottom of the inner rim of the door opening. The model and serial number (10-digit number) are on this sticker.
The first 2 digits of the serial number show the year of production and the last 2 digits show the month of production. The affected products were manufactured between May and November 2012. Please contact us if your tumble dryer’s serial number begins with 12 and ends with any of the following: 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10.
If the sticker cannot be located, please call us and a member of our staff can help you identify whether your appliance is an affected product.
Hope that helps!
