Securecode issues...

I work for a large online retailer who uses SecureCode in the UK & EU. I've found some customers are having trouble getting the SecureCode pop-up to show up large enough for them to see all of it and enter their information. I've tried to have them drag on the corners to expand it and open in a new window to see if they could see the whole thing and no go. Seems to be more in EU than UK (not sure if that makes a difference). Does anyone have any suggestions for getting around this other than having them call to place their order. Please nothing too technical if possible because I don't want to have customers editing some setting that could cause trouble elsewhere...Thanks!

You want the site to automatically adjust to fit the content. You can do this using class id's in css to or you could place it in as an iframe but you would have to make sure the place it's going is large enough.
Or if the retailer is using a cms there is likely plenty of plugins for this sort of thing.
The way where it automatically adjust's is the saftest option (cms plugins can also do this) as everyone's monitors will be of different sizes.
Hope this helps and apologies that it may be a little technical. It should be down to the retailers web designer/programmer to sort out.0 -
I read it that the OP was asking for advice as to what to say to customers when using the website.
Would pressing "CTRL +" help? (Ie pressing the CTRL and plus buttons down at the same time).
On the PC browsers I use, that seems to enlarge everything without interfering with what you are doing.
"CTRL -" makes everything smaller, and "CTRL 0" resets to default size.0 -
CTRL and 0 sometimes does not work in Windows 10. It works fine for ages then when you need it to work it doesnt.
I really have a hate/REALLY HATE relationship with Windows 10.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
If the whole area is not visibe then ctrl + - would zoom out making it visibe... But if I was a customer I wouldn't want to do that ( although occasionally I do come across this scenario myself and just hit enter after filling in the digits).
If the op would prefer to have a scroll bar visible for that section so it's obvious to the end user then the css overflow property could also be used.

Use the try it now editor and change the overflow from visible to scroll.0 -
It seems likely that the issue is caused by users zooming in (ctrl+) in the first place, making the content no longer fit the window.
When I visit my parents, hardly anything fits on the screen because they are half blind and zoom in on everything.0 -
I've had customers tell me when they do CTRL+ the whole window increases in size, instead of just the pop-up.0

Sadly, I don't have access to our site's CSS. I can only control the customers (sort of).0
