This Competition is open to anyone who has commented on the ‘Booja Ice Cream Parties’ post of Tuesday 30th May 2017 on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and who is a UK resident.
The competition will consist of two phases: ‘nomination’ and ‘voting’. The ‘Nomination’ phase will run from Tuesday 30th May 2017 to 9am on Tuesday 20th June 2017. The ‘Nomination’ phase will end at 9am on Tuesday 20th June 2017. Comments posted after this time will not be counted. Subsequently, the ‘Voting’ phase will run from Monday 29th June to Thursday 13th July 2017.
To enter the competition entrants must participate in the ‘Nomination’ phase by liking the ‘Booja Ice Cream Parties’ post and posting a ‘Comment’ on it which includes at least one ‘Tag’ of another person’s name on Facebook and Instagram. Or by liking, commenting and retweeting on Twitter.
Booja-Booja will choose a shortlist from all valid nominations. The Booja-Booja judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All shortlisted entrants will be contacted by Booja-Booja and asked for some additional information and further details. If this information is not supplied within 3 days, the entrant may be excluded from the process and another entrant may be shortlisted in their place.
All shortlisted entrants must provide Booja-Booja with a valid email address and must confirm that in the event of winning they: i) have capacity to store the prize ice cream in a freezer at approx -18C:eek: ii) will hold their party before 1st September 2017 iii) and confirm whether they are happy for Booja-Booja to mention their party on social media.
Successfull shortlisted entrants will progress to the ‘Voting’ phase of the competition.
The voting shortlist will be announced by Tuesday 29th June 2017.
To progress in the competition an entrant must be included in the voting shortlist.
The ‘Voting’ phase will run from Tuesday 29th June 2017 to 9am on Thursday 13th July 2017.
During the ‘Voting’ phase the shortlisted entries will be featured in a Voting Gallery on the Booja-Booja website, where they can receive votes from visitors to the gallery.
The Winner of the competition will be the entry that has received the most votes when the ‘Voting’ phase ends at 9am on Thursday 13th July
The Four Runners Up will be the four entries who have received the next most numbers of votes when the ‘Voting’ phase ends at 9am on Thursday 13th July
The Winner will receive 12 x 500ml tubs of Booja-Booja Dairy Free Ice Cream, a Party Pack containing a selection of partyware including bunting, balloons, an apron, an ice cream scoop, a table cloth and £250.
The Four Runners Up will each receive 12 x 500ml tubs of Booja-Booja Dairy Free Ice Cream, a Party Pack containing a selection of partyware including bunting, balloons, an apron, an ice cream scoop, a table cloth and £50.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent.
Booja-Booja reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Booja-Booja reserves the right to choose a different winner should the Winner or any of the Runners Up not have a UK address.
Only one entry per person.
This Competition is not open to employees of Booja-Booja, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
The winner and runners up will be notified by Thursday 13th July 2017 and will be asked to provide Booja-Booja with a UK postal address. They will be given 7 days to respond. If after 7 days no response has been received then an alternative winner will be chosen. Once this has been done, the original winner or runner up will have forfeited the prize.
The winner and runners up will be expected to hold their BoojaParty by 1st September 2017
