Yet another qualification!

Woohoo! I passed my City & Guilds Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment (aka PAT Testing) exam yesterday!
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

    With my certificate, a tester (Seward 1000 looks OK) and two rolls of labels, this could also be a potential nice little holiday (I work as an ICT tech' in a school) earner.

    To be honest mate there is very little money in PAT testing, Its a very competative field.
    Please bear in mind that if you do any work for anyone it would be prudent for you to purchase libility insurance.

    I know of a few cases where a PAT tester has blown components on PCBs of machinery and has cost the tester a fair bit of dough.
