1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.

3. Entries must be received by 23.59 on 9th June. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. To enter, the entrant must provide their name, email address and telephone number in the form above.

6. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.

7. The prize for the winner is a 7 day holiday for two people to The Florida Keys & Key West (valued up to £8,000). The prize will include a night in Miami at 1 Hotel, South Beach, followed by two nights at the Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West and four nights at Hawks Cay Resort, located on Duck Key midway down The Florida Keys. Prize to be booked by 31 July 2017. Travel to be completed by 30 June 2018. Prize is for 2 adults. Additional passengers and duration can be added on at an additional cost subject to availability. 8. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).

9. TravelPlanners and the Promoter will request the winner’s permission to publish the winner’s name on their official social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and on their websites.

10. The Flights and Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargoes and blackout periods may apply.

11. All persons must travel on the same flight and dates as the winner and carry valid passports.

12. The prize must be used by the winner and companions travelling together

13. Visa: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft.

14. Travel Insurance: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure they have travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.

15. Health Documents: It is the prize-winners responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.

16. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. The winner will be notified via email and post by Friday 16th June. The winner must respond to the email to claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

18. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition.

19. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

21. Any entrant that selects to receive communications from Travelplanners will receive a £100 travel credit via email no more than four weeks after their entry into the competition. Separate Ts & Cs from TravelPlanners apply.
