Variance in credit scores (both Experian)

I have a Barclaycard which gives me a free Experian credit score every month. I have also just signed up to the MSE Credit Club, which also offers a free Experian credit score however, these scores are both different (around 100 points different).
Is one or the other more comprehensive? Any reason why I should be getting different scores from the same company?
Thanks

Barclaycard updates every 60 days; MSE Credit Club updates every month.
The data contained in the report is what's important.0
