Ah - so it only when you click a link from google search that these errors occur? I certainly had no issue with the sunvil travel site mentioned from search results. They are even advertising on google.
I knew about the google https everywhere initiative but didn't realise that google themselves were blocking access to sites they didn't approve of. Wouldn't it have been simpler to drop such sites from their results?0 -

They must be using magic then. It's browsers that detect certificate errors and issue error messages.
They certainly won't be blocking access to websites - especially not websites that are using them for advertising which most are. All they will do for sites with no https access is downgrade them in the search results.0 -

As a test .
Internet options => Advanced , scroll down to "security"
and enable all the SSL and TLS options you have there ..
Restart browser and see if it still happens.
Best not leaving some of the lower SSL ones enabled but it will point to the problem0
