Petporte cat flap & extension lead

I had a petporte cat flap fitted & when I no longer needed it I chopped the cable off (to make it neater) thinking I wouldn't use it again.
Now I'd like to use it again & I assumed I'd have to get a new one, until I saw this

But it's not got a plug on it & my old petPorte flat had the plug sealed to the lead. Anyone know if they changed it?
