Hi all,
I wondered if anyone knows the answer to my question please? I'm a business seller (ebay) and also sell on another platform. 90% of the items I sell is the same item, I have had about 10 lost parcels in the last 3 months and will be claiming back from Royal Mail shortly, I'm sure i've seen a 'bulk' form for this, is this only for Royal Mail business customers or can anyone use it?
Thank you,
Sarah

I use a bulk form but it's an XLS form. If you google "royal mail bulk claims form" it will be there in XLS form about third in the list. It has all the info on there and is simple to use.0

In my experience, if your claims were only due the book of stamps (which many of mine were) Royal Mail *very kindly* combined all the claims sent in together and just give you the one book of stamps. If however, you have the proof of posting AND proof of value for each item, you should be able to claim in full so this doesn't apply.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
