    Hi everyone
I have a sheet with the duvet on top!! When it gets too warm I throw the duvet off and just use the sheet and in winter I put an extra throw on. I find it easier to wash sheets every week than keep taking the quilt cover off (it gets washed regularly as well, but not every week)

Me too. I have a problem with my shoulder and struggle to put on duvet covers so I have a sheet and lay the duvet on top.
In colder weather I have a thinnish quilted throw on top and in warmer weather I just put another sheet on top. These keep the duvet clean.

Finding it more difficult to find flat sheets in the shops these days though.
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

And I have a duvet; when it's really cold I put a fleecy blanket, super cheap from Lidl, over it. A duveti S so much more comfortable than blankets, and it is so much easier to make the bed.

We used to have a duvet plus a blanket during the winter, but a year or so ago we bought a feather duvet and that is brilliantly warm. We still use the woollen blanket as well if the weather's particularly cold.

In the summer, we use just the duvet cover without the duvet. We lie under the whole thing - we don't get into it!!! (As someone said, not many flat sheets to be had these days). We have the blanket (which is wool) along the bottom of the bed in case we need a little more warmth.
