in House buying, renting & selling
Is there anybody that has a Miller Homes new build, where the lease got sold on before you had chance to purchase it ( before you had been in the house 2 Years). ? Did you feel that things regarding the lease were not explained before you purchased and wouldn't have purchased it if you had known this beforehand ? ( Miller Homes / Homeground / Adriatic Land Ltd 5 )
Anybody got any tips on buying it back ?

    There's a big article about the selling on of freeholds in the Guardian Sat. 8th July. Sounds like a big scam that needs to be stopped. I suggest that you contact your MP.

    It's not just Miller Homes, it's a scam of nationwide proportions affecting many builders some of whom are backing away from this obnoxious practice even if only because it's toxic to their reputation, resale values and by extension, sale values.
