Shared ownership question?

Hi there,
I got a shared ownership flat back in December on my own. My partner moved in back in Feb which was only to be temporary whilst he found new accomadation however it's been going so great we decided to make it permanent. I was just wondering what will the housing association say about this? I called to let them know on Friday and the person said they don't see it as an issue but passed the info to the leasehold manager and I haven't heard anything. Since then I am just being a worry wart!
He isn't paying rent or towards the mortgage just towards bills and food shopping. In my lease it says I can't sublet etc which I'm not. Anyone else been in this situation? I am hoping he won't have to leave

Assuming their office is shut at the weekends I'm not sure why you'd think they would have done anything about it by now? If they've told you it's not an issue then I presume it's not an issue.0 -
Cohabiting in a shared ownership property!!! I expect the housing association will spank your bottom and send you to bed without any dinner.0

You're fine, as you're not subletting. You're just having a partner live with you! It makes no difference if he's paying you rent etc or anything else, as long as you're living there all the time you're not subletting it to him.0

let us hope that the housing association takes a dim view of those living in sin and commences eviction action
in reality of course, as they already told you, they don't (or have any right to) care what your living arrangements are0
