Hi,
Can anyone please advise me, I am in the process of leaving my partner and moving back in with my parents till i can get things sorted. I have 3 children
What im wanting to know is
1. Can i claim tax credits if im living with my parents.
2. What years income would be used for the new claim 2015/2016 income or 2017/2018

2) The claim form will ask for your last year's income, 2016/17. You can notify them of any changes to 2017/18 income.0 -
thank you. i have a job interview on thursday so my hours of working will be increasing. so long as i inform them if i get the job it should be fine then as my income will be double if i do get this job .£365.00 in 365 day challenge = £5.00/£365.00:rolleyes:0
