When you see the calorie content, you won't be so keen to purchase them.. Forget the price! Easier way to get healthy fats, buy some sardines!

i have been looking online and it seems https://www.realfoods.co.uk has the best prices. there are a few others but they all seem to charge £20 for 500g for brazil nuts which is a rip off. i wanted to buy some oils, nuts and seeds all in one order, so this is why i have been shopping around. also, holland and barrett are a joke too. if you know any other stores you would recommend, that would be good.

    Brazil nuts are only £12.50 a kilo (£4.99 for 400g) from Waitrose/Ocado.

    ASDA £9.26 a kilo (2x270g for £5).

No doubt they can be found even cheaper than that.

Unless you want to buy large quantities these on line specialists seem generally more expensive than the supermarkets. A particular seed mix that I like is only economical in 5kg + quantities and only marginally at that. I get through about 200g a week so will stick with that size bag from Lidl.

Wouldn't order too many nuts at once. Once package is open they will if not used up quickly, will go rancid.

After awhile opened peanuts also gain a form of mould which can very dangerous.

Best non online cheap but good store is Lidl. Wide selection of nuts in reasonable packet sizes, at reasonable prices.

With the exception of peanuts, all nuts are pricey.

With the exception of peanuts, all are worth it.

yeah i like peanut butter, but peanuts on their own don't do anything for me. i like walnuts, macadamias and brazil nuts to snack on. however, they are also the most expensive of nuts lol
