cooling problem with electrolux ere3500x fridge

Hello!

I have an electrolux ere3500x stand alone refrigerator. It has not been cooling right the last couple months, I constantly have to switch out ice blocks to keep it cold in there.

i have been researching and researching or days and don't understand what the problem is.

The compressor is running, the fan is running inside the fridge and the thermostats are only 1 year old.

Its all electronic controls so I don't think there is a defrost timer thats I can manually click on/off. above the door is a circuit board and thats it.

I have tested the capacitor near the compressor and everything was good there.

My thoughts now are the its either the circuitboard, the compressor needs to get refilled or maybe the fan is not spinning enough.

The fan does spin a little slow.

I have cleaned everything behind the fridge routinely so dirtiness has never been a problem.

Not sure what else to do before I give up and call a guy to come out and empty my wallet.

here is a link to the fridge (there is a space before co.uk so I can post it, must delete that for it to work)
