Mobile payment freezing till

Hi I was wondering if anyone could clear up what might have happened as for the first time in all the times I've used my phone as a way to pay its been fine but this one time it froze the till and it wouldn't work. The phone showed the usual a tick above the lloyds card then the till randomly froze and the payment didn't go through is this the phone that was at fault or the till?

No way of knowing. Ask either the retailer or your phone provider

Could be a terminal software issue.

I've had this previously (with Apple Pay) where it's gone to request I insert my card to perform a random PIN check.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.
