It's an ok price, have you got enough sockets though?

3 doubles in front room doesn't sound like enough. Same for back room.
And kitchen, add up all the stuff that could be on in kitchen at any given time.

Is it being chased into plaster or is all plaster off? Redecorating after?

ETA 2doubles in each bedroom, that's poor
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    Zero wins 2016 😥
  • There is so much missing in there "quote/estimate " there not worth thinking about at all either non electrician or lazy bodger (could be combination ) not enough outlets, no extraction etc etc get other quotes and post avoid this #firm /individual like the plague....

No cooker connection in the kitchen? no mains interlinked smoke alarms? no extractor fan in the kitchen? no shaver socket in the bathroom (for electric toothbrush)? 8 spotlights in a bedroom (you would go blind with that amount of light). What about TV points, with a splitter in the loft? Loft lights?

    what about making good?
