Primeassetinvestments An account of my disasterous dealings with this company

Personnel involved: Carl Dear, Stephen Quayle Jordan, Iain Pollock
I have been requesting a refund for a finders fee for the purchase of an apartment from Primeassetinvestments for 2 years, they have held my money for almost 3 years. A deal was offered to me by the Primeasset sales agent Stephen Quayle Jordan. The deal offered to
me did not take place therefore I requested the return of the finders fee. They did not own the
apartment and it has since been sold to somebody else.
Primeasset have accepted receipt of my money and also confirmed that they have
NOT provided a service for it. I have asked upon what grounds they are
entitled to hold my money, none has been provided.
Primeasset made me an offer to return 50% of my money in April 2016 and the other
50% would be paid by Stephen Quayle Jordan the sales agent. I have accepted the
offer but my money has not been returned. later I was told that the matter was
being placed with their lawyers and they would be contacting me. That was over
4 months ago, no lawyers have contacted me. Later they have told me that they
have not got time to deal with it as they are too busy with corporate clients.
So it seems that only corprate clients matter and clients such as myself are
considered insignificant and not worth bothering with. It is not like that when
they take money in. After months of waiting I was told that Iain Pollock would
deal with it. Eventually Iain contacted me only to tell me that he could not look at it
for another 2-3 weeks. That time has elasped, I contacted Iain and others at
including Carl Dear but my emails and phone calls were ignored. Just recently
Iain contacted me to say that he would deal with it next week 3rd week in May 2017.
As expected it did not happen and I am being ignored. If I phone I am told that
nobody is available, if I leave my number nobody returns my call.
This is a simple refund very little work is involved.
Stephen Quayle Jordan assured my that he would pay the other half of the finders
fee. However, he has gone into hiding. His phone is disconnected, he is no longer
contactable on whatsapp. I have emailed him but have not had any replies.
You can judge for yourself the culture of Primeasset investments.
You will see if you read the offer below that if things go wrong then Primeassetinvestments
distance themselves from their sales agent. They claim he is not an officer of the
company which is true, but when he generated sales they willingly accept the money.
You may also wonder where Primeasset investments are located. The UK telephone
operation is nothing more than a call handling service. You will be lucky to
get through to anybody unless you are making a purchase. They never call me back
whenever I phone. Below is the actual offer made to me by Primeassetinvestments:
Prime Asset Investments is a dept of Offplan Millionaire AG.

Reg number AG CH-170.3.029.741-0.

Dear Mr ******
I refer to our telephone conversation and the agreement you presented dated 08/08/2014.
Although we confirm these funds were received, they were considered funds for a source
fee on property for purchase. And certainly not in respect to the agreement you have
presented.
Additionally, this agreement has not been signed by an authorised officer of the company,
is not on letterhead paper and does not carry the company stamped seal.
Mr Jordan-Quayle is, and always has been, an external agent for the company. Therefore,
any financial arrangements you enter into unless accompanied by signed confirmation from
a designated officer of the company will not be valid. Therefore we do not accept being
party to any of this agreement.
That said, the funds were received into our account. And we are prepared to return 50%
of the monies, providing you sign an agreement indemnifying the company against any
future claims to the agreement discussed above.
Please advise in writing if this is acceptable. And upon confimation, we will have the
indemnifcation agreement drawn up by our legal representative and sent to you for signature.
Your sincerely

You might now hear from their lawyers but perhaps it won't be on the subject you expect it to be.0
-
1) 3 years? if you believe your case is firm, why have you not taken legal action?
2) If not, expect to be sued for libel0 -
OP, I'd delete this if I were you, otherwise you could be on the hook for libel. Obviously you're unhappy with what's happened but why make a bad situation worse by losing more money?0

The OP doesn't seem to have a great track record with this sort of outfit.0

Your story doesn't make any sense. If you want to get sensible input, you need to start from the beginning - telling us exactly what you thought you were paying for.
If you feel that you are owed money, the quickest way of getting that is to write a 'letter before action' asking for a response within 14 days, and then initiating a small claim if you are not paid.
It looks like the company you are suing is a Swiss company. You would need to provide more details in order to determine whether Swiss law or English law applies. You'd also need to check any contracts you signed or T&Cs - these may well give exclusive jurisdiction over the matter to the Swiss courts.0 -

And judging from that we should expect to see a few more threads started by the OP on this company in the coming days.0
