Hi, I'm from Italy and when I come back to my country I use Metrobank and I don't pay any fees, just the one that goes to Mastercard/Visa.
The only problem is that all the branches are south, near London.0 -

( if you clear the balance before the statement date you can avoid charges on ATM withdrawals.)
It may be the same in that respect however the Barclaycard app would be hard to beat. As well as viewing your credit rating you can view your PIN which could be useful abroad.Money is a wise mans religion0 -

Yes free for purchases and cash withdrawals in Europe. Outside Europe 2.5% for purchases and 2.5%+£1.50 for cash withdrawals. (2.75% for purchases and 2.75%+£1.50 for cash withdrawals from 23rd August 2017).
