I disagree!
Take time and do a lot of research, find an independent agent with a small portfolio of properties to manage.
Mine are excellent, the tenants think so too.
Sweeping statements like the one above are ridiculous and indicate a lack of understanding of how some LLs live and the service they want to provide to their tenants.0
