Lloyds TSB ppi

Hi all, I need some advice. I had a loan with Lloyds TSB which has been paid up but I want to make a ppi claim. As these are now 2 separate banks who do I file the claim with and where do I send the forms? Thanks in advance for any advice, much appreciated

Lloyds took on liabilty for all the historic stuff. TSB is effectively a new bank with no historic liabilities.
